Policy

At St. Paul’s Child Contact Centre, we try to have as few rules as possible. However as the Contact Centre is used by several families at the same time, consideration for the comfort and safety of all users is important. Therefore we are grateful to families for following these guidelines:

  • Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children AT ALL TIMES while at the Centre.
  • No child may be left without a parent in attendance.
  • A contact number must be left when you leave children at the Centre.
  • Children can only be taken from the Centre if this is stated on the referral form, or there is written consent from both parents.
  • Only relatives and friends named on the referral form can attend the Centre.
  • The Centre has a no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol or abuse of any other substance.
  • Mobile phones may not be used.

Access to the Centre

Access to the Centre is by prior appointment only. Opening times are 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.

What if I cannot attend?

If you find you are unable to attend as arranged please phone the co-ordinator on 07828 823367.  If they are not available please leave a message.
